Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Since every item is made to order, we begin processing orders right away. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation window once an order has been placed.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we are happy to cancel it for you and issue a full refund, no fees or deductions.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for how we handle items that arrive damaged or defective.

Changing Your Order (Size or Material)

If you'd like a different size or material than what you ordered, and your order has not yet shipped, simply place a new order for the item you want. Once we confirm your new order, we will refund the original one in full.

Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes to it.
